I don't see much use of Speed Dial recently launched by Opera. If you have all your favorite websites in your Personal Bookmarks Bar, all you have to do is click them whenever you need them. They are always there. You don't have to open a new tab to get them visible.
I just can't see how productivity is gained by Speed Dial.
