I just wanted to let everyone out there in e-mail land know that HOTMAIL are still working hard on the Windows Live Mail beta, adding cool new features and, of course, adding cool new customers to the beta (if you've signed up, you're cool... it's a given).
For those of you waiting patiently (or otherwise) to get in on the beta, let me assure you;Its GREAT. I got my invite today and the transition went without a hitch. Please keep in mind, the beta is only available in English (for the US, UK and Australia) and Japanese (for, you guessed it, Japan) right now, so if your account isn't in that group, you'll have to sit tight a little longer.
Yeah, that only covers a fraction of the world, . But don’t despair, waiting in the wings is Windows Live Mail in Italian, French, Chinese, Portuguese, German and Spanish. So if you live in Italy, France, China, Brazil, Germany, Canada or Spain HOTMAIL should be able to get to your account very, very soon
