YC is available in a paid version, but the company kindly makes the legacy edition available as freeware. Y'know how handy the multiple clipboards are in Word? This is easier. It saves your clipboard captures to the hard disk, and presents them for your later use in an Explorer-like list that includes the date and time of the capture. YC III will handle most kinds of files, including the common image formats and meta files (although its meta capacity is limited to twenty.) There are at least a dozen clipboard extenders available as freeware; this one is the easiest to use of those I've tried. Once you've had it for a while, you'll wonder why you put up with plain old clipboard for so long.
