Google has rocked our search and advertising worlds, but it’s also upped the ante for what we expect out of e-mail thanks to its Gmail service. If you’ve ever used the service, then you know what I’m talking about. People are still competing to receive invitations so they can have the privilege of using this fantastic service. Some of the fanfare has died down, but what’s left behind all of the media mania is a tool that just plain works.
