Secure PC - by Reader

Have just come across this site and even though I have not managed to read or test everything on there I DO recommend it to you.

Many will claim that the only way to ensure a stable and secure PC is not to use it, or
alternatively to get hold of a Mac. Fortunately things are not all that bad; but if you want to use your PC actively, installing new programs/functions and to move about on the "world wild web" you might quite easily run into problems.

I have attempted to compile an overview of programs and functions on can use in
order to avoid most of the potential problems and hazards, or to clean up after them
in case they should show their "ugly heads" in spite of the precautions taken....................................
